These terms govern your use of www.svarci.in and any purchase you make from us. Please read them before you order - placing an order means you accept them.

SVARCI is the marketer and brand owner of the products sold on this website. Our products are manufactured by Acticon Life Sciences (Manufacturing Licence No. GC/1343) in India.

2. Who can buy from us

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or are ordering with the supervision of a parent or legal guardian

  • The information you give us is accurate and complete

  • You are using the site for personal, non-commercial purposes unless we've agreed otherwise in writing

  • You will not resell our products without our written permission

3. Products and how we describe them

  • We describe every product as accurately as we can, including its full ingredient list, directions for use and cautions — the same information printed on the pack.

  • Product images are for illustration. Colour and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, and packaging may be updated from time to time.

  • Skincare results vary from person to person. What works beautifully for one skin type may behave differently on another. We describe what a product is formulated to do, not a guaranteed outcome.

  • Products are available while stocks last. We may add, change or discontinue products at any time.

4. Product use, safety and disclaimer

This matters, so please read it.

  • Our products are cosmetics for external use only. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or skin condition.

  • Always patch test before first full use. Apply a small amount to your inner forearm and wait 24 hours.

  • Avoid contact with the eyes. If a product enters your eyes, rinse thoroughly with clean water.

  • Stop use immediately if you experience irritation, redness, burning or any adverse reaction, and consult a qualified dermatologist or physician.

  • If you have a known skin condition, allergies, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are on prescribed topical treatment, consult your doctor before using any active-based skincare.

  • Please read the full ingredient list on the product page and pack before purchasing, especially if you have known ingredient sensitivities.

  • Store as directed - in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

  • Any information on this website, including blog and educational content, is general information only and is not medical advice.

5. Pricing

  • All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • The Maximum Retail Price (MRP), net quantity, country of origin and consumer care details are displayed on every product page, as required under Indian law.

  • Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout before you pay.

  • International orders may attract customs duties, import taxes or local charges, which are not included in our prices and are payable by you.

  • We try to keep pricing accurate, but errors can happen. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full — we'll always contact you first.

  • We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one shown at the time you place it.

6. Orders

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send you a confirmation and dispatch it.

  • We may refuse or cancel an order where the product is out of stock, there's a pricing or listing error, we can't deliver to your location, payment fails verification, or we suspect fraudulent or bulk-resale activity.

  • If we cancel a prepaid order, we refund you in full.

  • Please double-check your address and phone number. Orders cannot be changed once placed — contact us immediately and we'll help if it hasn't shipped.

7. Payment

  • We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, processed through our secure payment gateway [CONFIRM — Razorpay / Shopify Payments].

  • We do not store your card or UPI credentials.

  • Your order is processed once payment is successfully authorised.

  • If an amount is debited but your order isn't confirmed, contact us with your transaction reference — failed-transaction amounts are typically reversed by your bank within 5–7 working days.

8. Shipping and delivery

9. Returns, refunds and cancellations

Because skincare is a hygiene-sensitive category, returns are limited. Full details — including how to raise a request for a damaged, defective or incorrect item — are in our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Your account

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend or close accounts used for fraud, abuse, or breach of these terms.

11. Reviews and content you submit

If you post a review, photo, comment or any other content:

  • You confirm it's your own honest experience and that you own or have permission to share it

  • You grant SVARCI a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display and reproduce that content in our marketing and on our website and social channels

  • You agree not to post anything unlawful, abusive, misleading, obscene, or infringing someone else's rights

  • We may edit, decline or remove content at our discretion — but we will not alter the substance of a genuine review

12. Intellectual property

The SVARCI name, logo, packaging design, product names, photography, illustrations, text and website design are the property of SVARCI Beauty Care LLP and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute or use them commercially without our prior written permission.

13. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data

  • Introduce viruses, malware or harmful code

  • Scrape, data-mine or use automated systems to extract content

  • Interfere with the site's operation or security

  • Impersonate SVARCI or any other person

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We provide the website "as is" and don't guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free

  • We're not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or products

  • Our total liability in connection with any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order

  • Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited — including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify SVARCI Beauty Care LLP and its partners against any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the website.

16. Force majeure

We're not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control — including natural disasters, strikes, transport disruption, government action, pandemics, or failure of internet or courier infrastructure.

17. Grievance redressal

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology Act, 2000:

18. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Surat, Gujarat, India.
